edp® Gooseneck Bin Filler

New to the range of bin filling equipment manufactured by edp® is the Gooseneck Bin Filler. This low-cost single bin-filling device is electric and pneumatic in its operation.

The boom is lowered into the bin and fills very gently, laying the product in the bin. As the bin fills, a photoelectric eye senses the need for the feed belt to elevate ensuring effective filling of the bin. The periodical lifting of the feed elevator is done with a robust pneumatic cylinder therefore doing away with bulky hydraulic power packs, hoses and possible oil leaks.

The bin filler is a simple yet robust design that allows for easy operation and gentle handling without compromising capacity.

• The machine plugs into 240V AC power and air, and is therefore very portable
• Can use one tonne or half tonne bins
• Whilst the full bin is replaced, the product accumulates on the conveyor belt until the empty bin is in place.

• Suitable for
• All vegetables. It uses quarter, half, one or one and a half tonne bins.
