edp® Dual Electric Soft Fill Bin Filler
The edp® Dual Electric Soft Fill Bin Filler delivers the product gently into the bin. The soft top cleats on the cross conveyor cushion the product at the supply point. The ‘gooseneck’ effect on the filling arm ensures that the product is gently placed into the 1 or ½ tonne bin.
As the bin fills, a photoelectric eye senses the need for the feed belt to elevate and retreat along the bin ensuring complete filling of the bin. As one bin is being filled, the full bin at the opposite end can be replaced with an empty one.
The bin filler is electrically operated, doing away with bulky hydraulic power packs, hoses and oil leaks. It’s simple yet robust design allows for ease of operation and gentle handling of the product without compromising capacity.
The edp® Dual Electric Soft Fill Bin Filler is a safer design as the bins do not leave the ground. Older bin fillers lift bins above the ground allowing the possiblity of crush injuries to workers or damage to other equipment. The new edp® design does not allow this to occur.
