edp® have a range of hoppers from 1 tonne to 5 tonne capacity, dry tipping to fully automatic flushing wet hoppers tipping into water.
edp® can also supply customized hoppers from 20 tonne truck hoppers to 80 tonne storage hoppers with inbuilt exit conveyors in the hopper.
Flushing is controlled by the operator at the required intervals depending on the amount of dirt on the produce. The hopper comes complete with a rubber coated webb chain and variable speed drive.
The 3 ton hopper has two flushing air operated gate valves and the 5 ton hopper has 3 automatic flushing valves. The 200mm diameter gate valves can flush into a pit built in the floor, or can be plumbed into 200mm diameter PVC pipe for waste removal.
