edp® 1–6kg Polybagger
This automatic wicket bag filling and sealing machine is renowned for its simplicity of operation.
The cycle rate of this Polybagger is controlled only by the time taken for the produce to flow into the bag. It has the capacity to reliably fill poly bags at a rate of up to 25 bags per minute.
- Features
- The bag is blown open and positioned for filling with a door opening mechanism, alternatively it can be vacumed opened
- The bag is filled and automatic grabbers convey it to the closure transport mechanism whereby an adjustable bag support conveyor moves the bag through the closure unit and supports the base of the bag
- The bag closing system most commonly used is a Kwik Lok Model 865 in conjunction with Kwik Lok cold foil printer
- Soft filling can be turned on and off by the touch of a button.
edp® 10kg Polybagger
This model Polybagger will handle 10kg wicket bags and then close them automatically using a heavy duty Kwik Lok© closure. As with the standard 2.5kg Polybagger, the bag is blown open, filled with produce coming from the weigher and then automatically conveyed into the closure.
This bagger offers an inexpensive alternative to roll stock baggers. It is cheaper to maintain, a much simpler style of bagger, and is made in Australia by an Australian company with the technical support you would expect from edp®.
